Introduction to NDT

This course intended to introduce people to Nondestructive Testing by getting them acquainted with what is considered to be the core methods of NDT. (Visual, Liquid penetrant, Magnetic particle, Radiographic, and Ultrasonic Testing methods). This course is ideal for individuals considering NDT as a career. As well as operations managers and engineers looking to get a better understanding of the applications and limitations of the various NDT methods.

This course is ideal for engineers and NDT operation managers looking to enhance their ability to oversee inspection processes, manage personnel, and ensure the effectiveness of NDT programs in industrial settings.

The program includes 20 hours of hands-on training for each method, with instructor demonstrations of key NDE equipment, techniques, and applications. Upon successful completion, participants will earn 40 hours of accredited classroom training, with knowledge assessed through an exam. All course materials align with ANSI/ASNT CP-105 standards and meet the requirements in accordance with SNT-TC-1A, CP189, NAS410, and outline of CP105.
