Pick a tier, fill out the short application form, and we'll automatically send you an online-pay invoice. Once payment clears, our team reviews your listing and turns on portal access — usually same business day.
What can I sell through the marketplace?
NDT-relevant products and services: tooling, probes, calibration blocks, consumables, code books, PPE, software, training, calibration services, and adjacent equipment. We curate to keep the marketplace credible to inspectors.
How are products approved?
After you're an approved partner, you can submit products in the vendor portal. Our team reviews each one and approves it for the public marketplace. The featured badge, sort placement, and listing limits are based on your tier.
What happens at renewal?
We send renewal reminders 30, 14, and 3 days before expiration with a one-click renewal link. No surprise charges — your listings stay live through your paid term.
Can I cancel or switch tiers?
Sponsorships are annual. You can upgrade mid-term and we'll prorate the difference, or you can simply choose not to renew. Email info@refinedndt.com to talk through changes.
